The sessions start with evaluating your goals, impediments, and major stressors and then creating a plan that focuses on pragmatic, science-driven, daily techniques - including hands-on breathing facilitation of the rib cage & diaphragm - to resolve stress & break the chronic stress cycle that dominates our lives.

How Many sessions do I need?

The number of total visits will depend on the injury, specific circumstances (eg. is it relatively new or something you’ve been pushing through for years?), and your goals. The pricing is up to you:

One visit, ad hoc - $160

Two visits package - $150/per

Four visits package - $140/per (most common)

Six visits package - $130/per

Note: visits can be mixed & matched with other services!
