KNEE

KNEE

The knee is a major weight-bearing hinge-joint comprising three bones, four major stabilizing ligaments (and numerous more lesser ones), 12 muscles, two major tendons, articular cartilage, and dual menisci (also cartilage!).

It’s one of the most commonly injured and high risk areas of the body due to the high demands placed on it and how it often takes on compensatory stress from the hip and foot/ankle.

I’ve worked with a variety of knee cases ranging from meniscus tears and repairs to total knee replacements to kneecap (patella) pain to ACL ruptures and repairs with a wide range of demographics including high schoolers, olympic qualifying professional athletes, middle aged office workers, police officers & servicemen, elite and recreational runners, seniors and touring singers and dancers.

If you’re dealing with a knee injury (injuries) or are post-surgery and want to return to 100%, I can help.
